Storage

For best shape retention, we recommend storing the bag hanging while empty or lightly filled.

The bag may also be stored upright or laid flat with items inside.

Please avoid folding or crushing the bag with force, as creases or marks may occur.

Strap Adjustment

When adjusting the strap length, please avoid pulling forcefully in the direction you want to loosen.

Due to the natural friction between the cactus leather and metal hardware, excessive force may place stress on the product.

For easier adjustment, gently push the strap from the side you want to insert first, then lightly pull from the opposite side.

Cleaning

Most everyday stains can be removed using wet wipes or a soft cloth lightly dampened with water.

For oily stains, dilute a small amount of shampoo in water and wipe gently with a soft cloth.

Please avoid using leather cleaners or strong alcohol-based products whenever possible.

Caution

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources.

The bag is designed with water-resistant materials inside and out, but please do not submerge it in water.

If exposed to water, snow, or rain, wipe gently with a dry cloth and allow it to air dry naturally.
